I am an honest person. I pay my bills. And like most people I had a terribly difficult financial time period.
Husband's debts and one of my bills had gone to this slime ball collection group.
Ruthless. Uncaring. Condescending. Non flexible. Aggressive harassment.
Unrelenting. A@$holes.
Even though part of the costs should have been covered by medical insurance which would have only taken a week or two? to sort out, these people didn't care, didn't wait to file a judgment against me (not my husband), in spite of my pleas to enter into some payment plan.
Now I have a judgment against me for debts that include charges that are legally another entity's responsibility. I have a high monthly payment which the said take it or leave it - garnishment would ensue.
Damn people - there is absolutely no reason any collection company should treat people as if they are dirt under their feet.
I've dealt with other collection companies in the past and they are nice, pleasant and flexible people to work with. And I'm hopeful these types of businesses collect on their investments much quicker and with better results than Grimm Collection.
I wish Grimm would go away, either by judgment or bad management decisions. I absolutely HATE this agency.
Others - be aware and prepared about their tactics. If you can afford it, get an attorney and fight them for everything they are after.
Hit THEM in the pocket book for a change!!!!
