I went to AAH form Oct to Jan for lower neck and shoulder area, and now go for maintenance once a month. I enjoyed the experience, the people and the results. They will get you where you need to be discomfort free, but you need to do your part and follow their plan. That means showing for appointments as scheduled, perform the rehab exercises in and out the clinic, and be positive all along the way that you will be better than they found you in the end. Everyone in the clinic knows you by name and each make it a point to say something to you why you are there.
