My hot water heater was leaking & I was so concerned but it was late in the day and I thought "I am never going to get someone out here today".., I scheduled an appointment for the next morning. With in 10 minutes of hanging up, I received a call from them saying there was a tech available to come now if I was interested... Jim came in, assessed the situation & made me feel at ease. I had a new hot water heater replaced the next morning. I even called around to get other quotes, and I was happy with Roto-Rooter's pricing and quick response to my needs. I am so thankful & will call them in the future for any repairs.. hopefully not too soon :)... thank you!!!
