This is regarding my recent use of a plumber thru Roto-Rooters (Boston, MA) listed at 71 Commercial Street. This was the second time I've had to call and Jennifer showed up again. We had a problem with the ejector pump for our basement bathroom, and I had hoped it was a fluke the first time but it definitely needed to be replaced this time. Jennifer is a very warm and friendly woman as well as very professional. She handled "the mess" and replaced my pump, and although it wasn't cheap nothing is today and I would call Roto-Rooter/Jennifer again if another problem arrises in the future. Highly recommended!
