Once again I would like to commend Grand Home Furnishings, Kingsport, Tennessee for the excellent way they treat their customers. I was recently looking for some living room furniture and as I had previously been helped by your salesperson Wanda Batman a year ago, I wanted to work with her again. Wanda goes above and beyond what any customer could want as far as assistance with buying furniture. She is not in the least bit pushy, she is friendly, helpful, very informative and works tirelessly to help the customer find the perfect furniture. I am not the easiest customer to assist as I go back and forth throughout the store many times looking for exactly what I want and Wanda is right there through it all. I have given Wanda's name to family and friends so that they know who to ask for the next time they come to Grand for furniture. Grand also has an excellent customer service policy and I am very pleased with the treatment I received from every person in your store.\r
