I would like to to formally and publicly commend Mr. Rob Schruefer and his staff for the excellent service they provided me last year with the detailing of my car. In my opinion, the level of service that Mr. Schruefer and his team provided was far beyond my expectations.
I have never before written a letter like this on an entirely unsolicited basis. However, in this case I was so impressed by the support and service provided by ‘On the Spot Mobile Detailing’ that I feel compelled to go on record with my praise. Rob and his team are a proactive, responsive, effective, and extremely attentive crew.
Rob and his staff provide the best value and the best service I have ever seen. Their attention to detail is remarkable and they were able to meet my extreme perfectionistic expectations. The car essentially look like new when they were done with it. Rob also provides an outstanding customer service. He is quick to reply to your phone calls and makes sure all concerns are taken care of. I had a small concern with my wheels and he took care of it at the speed of light.
What particularly impressed me about the level of service provided by Mr. Schruefer and his team was their enthusiasm, positive attitude, and friendliness. I have never seen something like it. In an era where exceptional one-to-one customer service excellence has virtually disappeared, the work that ‘On the Spot Mobile Detailing’ did for me and their professionalism should be held up as an example for others to try to emulate.
