Do not board your pet here. My most recent visit was dominated by policies that cost me tons of extra money. They claimed I had to get my dogs shots done because they would have been due in two weeks, probably because they saw I was getting the shots cheaper somewhere else. They charged me a massive exam fee I didn't ask for and when I called to complain, they stated it was required by law. I was not satisfied with the answer so I asked her, Eve, to cite the statute. She then stated it was just policy, not law like she had stated many times before. I asked about several other fees and they stated that they would have been on the estimate, nobody offered one. She went as far as to suggest the deception was my fault because I hadn't noticed it all the other times they added fees to my bill. She was wrong, I have noticed. Today was just the last time I allowed this business to raid my pockets. I have no problem spending money on my pets, but I do take exception to being ripped off and lied to. Try your tricks on someone else AHS, this consumer is going down the street. Avoiding this business is not enough, crooks like this need to be out of business.
