Review content:
Avoid this store at all costs. I bought a very expensive sectional and when it was delivered I was happy. But, within a very short period of time (two weeks) the fabric started pilling badly. I went in to the store to talk to the manager and he was not there, so I spoke with one of the salespeople. I was told all I have to do is buy a tool to use to take the pilling off the fabric. WHAT! If I knew the fabric was going to be so cheap, I would have never purchased it in the first place. After several phone calls, the manager finally called me back. I explained my situation. I was told to bring in pictures and a pillow to show him. I might add, he was extremely rude to me on the phone. I was told nothing could be done. Apparently, their vendor does not stand behind their products. Now I have a brand new couch that's shabby and looks like it's 25 years old. Quality of products and Customer Service at this store is terrible. BUYER BEWARE!
