I came in with my son about 2pm 3/12/11 and as we neared the balloon section,the lady working on ballons deliberately bursted a ballon on us.The sound was so loud that my son ran out screaming.There was no apology..infact she looked satisfied with her act.Of course we went away without buying anything.I think the staff is rude and they do not value anyone who walks in.Are they underpaid or what? Not to mention the place is a horror to find!
