I had a simple shower head that needed to be replaced so i called Americas plumbing company since i have went through them for prior work and never had any issues until now. I called to set an appointment and we agreed on a 2 hour window of 10-12 so i took a half day off work so i could be there to let somebody in to complete a 10 minute job of replacing the shower head connector. 15 minutes before 12 i get a call saying they are running late and could make it between 1-2, unfortunately i did not have any time i had to return to work because i cannot afford to take full days off work for 10 minute plumbing jobs. So i took another half day off work and rescheduled for another appointment for the next day 9-11 and this time not only did no one show, but they never even gave me a call or leave any message. I will never return to this company again and will highly recommend anybody to receive service else where. Being a return customer that spent nearly $2500 last time i had used this company i would have expected to be treated with importance, but that was definitely not the case at all
