There are many kitchen design and custom cabinet companies in the Chicagoland area that not only offer a quality product but excellent customer service as well: Customwood Kitchens is not one of them. From personal visits to the showroom to phone call interactions, the words that best describe the experience over the years are rude, unfriendly, not interested. We purchased an entire kitchen from this company 20 years ago and recently called to inquire about cabinet repair. The customer service person literally hung up the phone during our conversation when we asked for recommendations of someone who could do minor repairs and painting of the cabinets.
We were originally told that they could provide those services when we purchased. We would never have called otherwise. We would never do business with this company again.
