Review content:
I had this insurance for 11 yrs just for in case of emergency. I was never impressed with the vets here. In 2008, I moved to San Diego. I started going here (La Jolla). The vet does not look at you and talk. He gave me statistics on how many dogs suffer from flea and related diseases and want to inject some trial drug. Then he left. My next visit was with Dr. Shannon. You name it every disease she learned in vet school she thinks my dog has. At that visit I told them not to put catheter to collect urine and I offered them I can bring them next day. They did collect urine without my concern. My dog was terrified after this. I never leave my dog with them after this. My next check up was with another vet. She said, my dog's liver enzymes were very high. Did not recommend next steps. May be doesn't know. After this I stopped going there.\r Recently, I called them to close my account. The receptionist immediate response was "" Are you getting rid of him"". People skills absolutely zero.
