Glass Doctor of North Texas is fantastic! We ordered about eight or ten quarter inch pieces of glass that were four feet high and six feet wide. We are using them as marker boards, so they are mounted on the walls by silver knobs. They are very high tech and professional compared with the old marker boards we had. I mean, these things are stunning!
The pieces were very bulky and time consuming to install. But Glass Doctor of North Texas has unbelievable customer service. One of the walls we were supposed to hang a glass board on got demolished, and it has not been rebuilt yet. So Glass Doctor is storing the glass for us until the wall is built and they can make an extra trip out to install it at no additional charge. They were very responsive if I had questions. We could not have gotten better customer service.
They really helped us identify what we wanted. When we called them, we had a vague idea of what we wanted to do, but we weren't even sure if they would be able to do it. They walked us through scenarios for a variety of options and helped us figure out what would be best. It turned out more beautiful than we could have hoped.
Glass Doctor is one of the most customer service oriented companies I have ever worked with. They were accommodating, and they didn't try to up-sell us on anything. They offered us more than we expected, and they made it work within the budget I had. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. If the White House called and asked who I would recommend for glass work, I would recommend Glass Doctor of North Texas!
