Review content:
In March 2015 we needed a car so we went back to Cowboy Toyota to see our friend Robert Schultz, the Sales Manager. Previously we bought a Toyota Camry from them in June 2014 through Costco Auto Program, which was the best car buying experience we have ever experienced. After discussing with Robert in extensive detail about different models and he gave us a printed quote for every car’s model we were interested in. Since we live in Plano, Texas we decided to check Toyota of Plano. The sales person showed us the cars and said because of Costco we can only get the cars from their inventory, which was not correct. Then after waiting for a long time sales person made us talk to his manager. The manager knew that we are buying car through Costco yet he still started giving us the typical dealers talk. He tried to pressurized us by giving us extra discounts if we bought the car right that minute, and also with financial plans even though the car had 0% APR. Talking to them was a comparison of price, and customer service. Cowboy Toyota didn’t have the model we were looking so they arranged it especially for us and delivered it to our home so that we didn’t have to make another trip to the dealership. Robert also gave me a loner while we were waiting for our car. Finance Manger was also very helpful, courteous, and patient. We are very impressed with their customer service everyone needs and is rare in other dealerships unlike Toyota of Plano. Robert Schultz is a honest person and an excellent Sales Manager. He is personal friend now who we call for questions all the time, and wish him all the best.
