And attempted to tell me a part was between 200-300 dollars but when looked up on line,...$7.00 His service call he said didn't cover time or mileage,...really? $290 dollars service call plus $95.00 for cleaning the ink well,...Totally unprofessional. He has multiple accounts with different numbers that switch you to his cell phone answering machine\r
