If you want to be ignored and treated rudely dine here! I waited 10 minutes at the door. The restaurant was not busy and ample staff were everywhere acting as if I were invisible. I stopped 3 waiters asking if I could place a takeout order and all said to wait and someone would help me. I asked the bartender and she said the same. After another 5 minutes, I walked to the sushi bar and was again told to go wait by the door. When Shay finally took my order, she brought me the bill and I found that they charged me $5 for the six scallions placed on each of my 5 pieces of yellow tail sushi. When I asked about the ridiculous charge, Shay showed me a sign on the wall addressed to “Our Valued Customers” stating the price per ounce they charge for extra sauce. Shay treated me even worse after I asked for the $5 back. I repeatedly asked to speak to the owner and she ignored me each time. She threw her hands in the air and said, “you got your food now go away” and she walked away. I was not alone, while waiting for my order, I saw two separate customers walk to the bar to ask for a waiter because no one had come to their tables. The staff is rude. I won’t be back!
