I went to this Firestone for an inspection sticker and they failed my car because of a burned out tailight bulb. I told them to just replace it, how much can it be? Ive been rejected for this before and the shop charged me 5.00 to install a bulb, the guy told me the bulb would cost 10.00 and 99.00 to install it (their hourly rate ) pluse the 35.00 for the sticker! I told them to put a rejection sticker on it and I'd fix it myself! After making me sit there for another 45 minutes they finally brought my car around. I left and went to walmart and bought a new bulb for 2.79 Installed it (took about 10 seconds) i brought the car back for my sticker and after waiting another hour i got my sticker . I will NEVER go to a Firestone again!
