When our heat pump went out right before Christmas we called One Source because they were close to us. We were nothing but disappointed. The tech was here less than 5 minutes before diagnosing very costly repairs and then charged us a high "standard" fee for his five minutes worth of time and left. We called to complain and although they were quick to apologize and send another tech out...he too spent very little time looking at the unit only to tell us that the cost to fix would be well over a thousand dollars. We finally called someone else...a friend of the family and found out that the unit, in fact, could not be fixed ....or if it was fixed it would only be a temporary fix and that instead we needed to replace it. One Source would have only cost us more money in the end and the attitudes of the Service Tech's were awful...the second tech was very condescending. Do not use this company!
