Howard the owner is so RUDE ..SARA is just as rude,,the so called grautidy is suppose to b for the servers goes into Howard,s pocket!!! The warehouse or kitchen is fifthy mouse dropping ,greasy dishes,horrible smell like dead fish!! The staff works hard to make that special day memorial as in gr!eat while Howard disrespect, s the staff and swears at them in front of guests!! Eric the manager insists he collects the money before the party (all of it),so if things do not go well u do not get ur money back!! So the person that hires them is tricked into thinking the serve charge is for the servers is NOT !! it goes into Hoards pockets that,s called greed!!!
