I was very happy that I called Roto-Rooter. Everyone was so nice from my first call till the job was completed. Jim Miller #1290 (thank goodness he was sent to me) was very thorough, knowledgable, friendly and wanted to do whatever it took to get the job done. He tried several ways of snaking my kitchen sink and YEAH! Progress. Then he went to the two floors below and next door to make sure all was OK there from what he had done in my place. Had I been assigned someone else, possibly they would have given it one shot and said we needed someone else, but Jim didn't give up. He is fabulous. Thank you so much. Also, when I called up Regina suggested I go on line or check the phonebook for a coupon. That was very nice and did help. I was totally pleased and thankful that I called Roto Rooter and that I had Jim Miller. He is the best. I live in Creve Coeur.
