This place used to be a great place to take your pet. Unfortunately it has went down hill over the past few years. Now they are more concerned with making a buck and growing their empire. I have personally spent $20k there over the last 15 years. I showed up one morning with a very sick dog and was told there was nothing they could do for me, we were obviously upset. They didn't bother to offer any assistance or recommendations. I have since switched vets and will never go back to Union lake vet. which is too bad because there are a couple of Doctors there we really liked. They even sent me a letter saying I should find another vet because I was rude to the people that didn't bother to lift a finger to help my dog. This is after 15yrs and $20k. They just don't care!
