I needed a plumber to fix my clogged kitchen drain and I was on a tight schedule. I called Caton's plumbing in the morning and requested help for that day. They have an office location not far from my town of Ellicott City, MD. Not only would they come that day, they asked me what was a convenient time! Since I was only available in the afternoon, I gave them an ""after 12:30"" timeframe. The lady was pleased to accommodate that and told me that they would call when they were on the way. They did just that! I got a call from Bruce, the licensed plumber, who confirmed my address and told me he was on the way. Bruce showed up and was very pleasant. He looked over my kitchen sink and the drain arrangement and told me exactly what he was going to have to do. He gave me the price on the agreed upon work and he began. Bruce was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. His work was wonderful and he didn't sign off on the job until he was certain that all systems were working properly. I would use Caton's again in a heartbeat. Great customer service.
