Businiess name:  Oasis Pools

Review content:
First, it was supposed to take 4-6 weeks to have the pool put in. Turned out to be 3 1/2 months. Then, anyone knows that when you are laying concrete over dirt, you have to pack the ground so the concrete won't split. Well they didn't think that was necessary. After many calls, meetings, and conversations about the timing of the pool bring ready, they kept saying 2 more weeks. 2 more weeks... Which was finally 3 1/2 months later. Within weeks, the concrete was cracking. No one ever came back to show us how to balance chemicals nothing. Hell, my father had to YouTube a video on how to brush the diamond bright down because no one ever came back. Never heard from them again. Now were at 8 months, just uncovered and opened the pool yesterday, and there is a crack in the concrete about a foot from the pool. It is the exact shape of the pool and goes all the way around it. They will not do anything about it because they do not guarantee concrete. How can a so called "business" contract their OWN concrete people, and not guarantee their work? And how does anyone lay concrete without packing the ground??? Well, thousands of dollars later, a lot of helpful YouTube videos, my father has taught himself everything he needs to know about his pool. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I hope no one else has to go through this as well.
