Review content:
I was referred to Dr Eggert by another dentist to have a tooth removed. I found his office staff to be very professional and compassionate. At the first meeting they took the time to listen to my requests, performed the xrays, gave me options as to how I would like the operation done (Nitrous oxide or local) and set up the appointment for removal. They also had my perscription for meds ready to go for post operation.
My biggest challenge anytime I go to a dentist is "what is my out-of-office cost going to be?". As I left the office on my first visit they had an invoice detailing the exact amount it was going to cost me after after my insurance. Impressive.
The day of the operation they were timely and professional. The procedure was quick and went according to plan. I understand that things can go sideways, but I felt that if it did, I was in good hands. Later that night Dr Eggerts even took the time to give me a call and ask how I was doing - I missed that call as I was feeling no pain and fast asleep:)
While going to the dentist is probably not on the most requested list of "fun things to do" - going to someone who is professional, has a great "chairside" manner, and personable is all that I could want. Dr Eggert and his staff is a great find!
