I have used Gipson's for almost 9 years, and my family has used them since they opened in Millbrook (the location we always use), but we will never use them again. I know this is long, but I would like to ask whoever is reading to bear with me to see the kind of service you’ll get with Gipson’s if you try to do any way other than theirs. \r

I recently brought my car in to have the starter checked, and if needed, replaced. I dropped it off before they opened, called and explained my situation, and asked them to call me back with a diagnosis. They called within 15 minutes and told me the starter needed to be replaced, and quoted me a price of roughly $380. I told them I would get back to them. I researched to find the part cheaper, and since it was a relatively easy procedure, I also planned to replace it myself and save some serious money. \r
