This was by far the most positive, enjoyable buying experience we have ever had. We were looking to trade in our used car and purchase a 2013 with no miles or used car with very few miles as we were on a budget. Roy directed us to the perfect car which was exactly what we were looking for. He was very helpful and knew so much about the Ford line of cars. You will miss his excellence when he retires. The transition from coming in with our Infinity FX and leaving in our 2013 Ford Edge with 20K miles was a piece of cake. The financing went smoothly, the payment for the Infinity was fair, and the guys in the accessory department completely outfitted us. We are thrilled with our purchase and feel like we got the best information, pricing, and car that is out on the market that will fit our lifestyle. Thank you Henry Day Ford. You have a few fans and hopefully more as we will certainly pass along our experience to those folks we know who are looking for a trade in.
