I have been a customer of 1-800-Pumber for three years. Mike C. is an excellent technician. He always takes time to explain what steps he is going to take to repair the problem, my options for the repair or for a replacement item, and the price of each option. I love to use coupons and he always honors each one I've presented from their advertisements. I can talk to him about everything in my house that involves plumbing and he answers all my questions. He gave me tips on how to keep my drains running smoothly. That has been saving me money. I give Mike C. and 1-800-Plumber my highest recommendation and refer them to all my friends. Definitely five stars!
