Withheld, North Attleboro, MA: To Whom It May Concern: I am writing to you to let you know how pleased my husband and I are with your windows and the men you sent out to replace our windows. Their names are Lonnie and Larry. They were very courteous and professional. They did their jobs quickly and neatly, Picking up after themselves and conscience about tracking in snow. I really appreciated the fact that they were very accommodating. On the day they were scheduled to work, I had 3 children under 3yrs old. They worked according to my schedule doing the upstairs first and then the downstairs rooms that the children and I was not in. They worked very quickly and efficiently so as not to let in too much cold air. Needless to say the children were very curious about what was going on. Lonnie and Larry were very good with the kids trying to answer"What's that?" or "Hey Mister whacha doing?" Always with a smile for them.
