Bruin did an additon on our home and also installed some windows. I've been very happy with the construction work.\r

Unfortunately, I'm rather disappointed with the windows. Our newer storm window has a broken seal on the double glass. After seeing an advertisement by Bruin about windows with a 50 year warranty, I game them a call.\r

It seems that though these are the same windows, they only carried a 7 year warranty at the time of replacement. \r
\r
I'm disappointed that the company didn't stand by their service/product.
