""Thank you for sending Mr. Bishop to our home this morning to light the pilot lights for our water heater and gas fireplaces. He was professional, informative, and very knowledgeable. \r
Our pilot lights went out on Wednesday evening after our propane service provider allowed our tank to run empty. Although the propane service provider was able to refill the tank on Thursday morning, we still had to manually relight the pilots on our water heater and fireplaces. Mr. Bishop taught me how to do this. A number of my neighbors have been in the same predicament in the past. You might consider offering classes on basic home maintenance for your customers and the communities that you service. It would be a great marketing tool for new business and enhance customer loyalty.""\r
