This attorney should be disbarred! Angus told me how he would LOVE to take my case to trial. Instead he did absolutely NOTHING then and waits till the day before trial to tell me he had done nothing! Then lied saying if I did not plea out the judge wouldn't like it for me to go to court without a defense. Which was HIS JOB to do! And then not disclosing the fact to me the charge had been reduced to a misdemeanor he coerced me by telling me I would be looking at 9 mos. to 12 years. For a crime that I did not commit and in FACT I was the actual victim of not the criminal. I tore up the plea agreement in court and said I will NOT plea to a crime I did not commit! He and the prosecutor did not like it. And the screws were put to me again about doing time. I have talked to many attorneys after the fact. And when they saw the case every single one said this should have been dropped. Even the 1st prosecutor who was given the case refused it. Also, I learned from other attorney's Angus has a reputation of doing this to his clients! Don't hire him!!! You will regret it!!
