BILTRITE came to the rescue for this large-sized person. When my last RECLINER purchased from another store broke in less than a year's time my body couldn't wait for the replacement part to arrive and the chair to be repaired. I have a lot of furniture but with back and knee problems there was nowhere for me to comfortably sit. I was in more discomfort with every day that passed. I called up BILTRITE, where I had purchased furniture previously and asked if they could deliver a recliner quickly if I found one that worked for me. True to their word, I picked out a chair in the evening and they agreed to alter their delivery day/schedule in order to get it to me the next morning. I cannot tell you all what a life saver they were to me. I will be forever grateful to them. What service! But let me tell you about the recliner..if you are a BIG person they have the recliner for you...ULTRA STURDY and higher off the ground it puts no pressure on the knees and allows me to simply stand
