We like to think we are smart consumers: we research products, shop around, compare prices and take our time. When we needed new living room furniture, we did just that. After months of searching, we found ourselves at Biltrite where we had purchased furniture more than 30 years ago. Even though we felt pretty knowledgeable about furniture after all those months of shopping, the people at BiltRite told us even more. They provided us with good advice and explained the differences in quality for the items we were interested in. Alex, an Interior Design major from Mount Mary College working at BiltRite as an intern, came to our house to see what colors and style we used in adjacent rooms; she drew up several possible arrangements for the living room. At the store, she and Randi helped us decide on the items we wanted and then find fabric that would clean easily and wear well. We purchased a couch and two recliners and these special-order items were here in only four weeks. We?ve go
