My family and I have been shopping at Biltrite for several years now and are loyal customers. We love the Rowe brand for sofas and chairs for the living room. Before initially shopping at Biltrite, I looked at other stores as well and went back to Biltrite for the selection, value and customer service. We were lucky enough to work with Maureen. We have bought sofas for 3 different houses and keep coming back! We also bought a beautiful cloth recliner for my elderly mother. Maureen really knows her stuff, has a great eye for color and is helpful. She remembers us every time. She even got our most recent ordered rushed from the manufacturer to accomodate our schedule.\r
