I had two toilets and a shower tub replacement scheduled for a morning time ( 9-1). I had communicated to three different dispatchers what work I needed done and that the plumber needed to pick up the toilets at Home Depot. The plumber got to my house at 1:00 and had not picked up the toilets yet. He said he didn't know he had two toilets to install. He finally started the job at 2:15. He finished at 4:30. He dripped toilet water all down the hall as he removed them, The faucet in the bath was damaged from his wrench and did not fit up against the tile. He said he didn't have any Dap to fill in the space. I had a big mess to clean up after he left. I was not happy with the company sent by Home Depot and the cost of $625 was very high. The paperwork didn't give any breakdown of cost factors - just the total cost.
