Review content:
Family destroyed my landscape this past winter with their snow plow trucks. Although my community association has used them for many years and they have been known for leaving a minimal amount of damage to lawns. However, Family caused the worst damage ever, this year. They do not mark the end of the driveways with colored spikes as to avoid digging up lawns. What they do is charge over the small driveway and shovel the snow to the middle of the lawn and pile it on the tree trunk. So, you have a mountain of snow up to the tree covered with mud and grass. Wonderful, huh? Now that the snow has melted I am able to look out over my lawn and see patches of dirt and mounds of mixed grass and dirt. How difficult is it for a professional company, who has been in business for as long as Family has, to plow the driveways for a small community without destroying the landscape. Some damage is expected, but this was total disregard for the property of others. I wonder if the same fifth grader who damaged me landscape also cleared the snow at his manager's house? I would never recommend Family to provide any type of service. They maintain a very low standard for quality work!
