Six years here and in the past six months had lots of no heat, no hot water and NO Water! All winter the ice and snow not adequately cleared to enter and exit the building. For the past two months main entrance dirty, with ongoing repairs. Very dirty, and embarrassing to have family and friends come. Staircases and garage are filthy and dark.Racing in on top floor apartments and common hallwAys! Inside hallways is dirtier than had been.No point in talking to management as it is new and we know now what to expect. For $2000 plus parking a month we can do much better elsewhere. The building was once clean and fresh this is no longer the case. We are out of here, and so are two friends who live in other apartments at the end of our and their leases. The super has been told by us on more than one occasion about the unkempt and unclean areas yet nothing gets done. He still has not cleaned or removed fallen asbestos in the garage.New manager and no cares that this is our home from management to make the building staff fix things.
