I just wanted to let you know of a good experience that I had dealing with one of your service represenatives on Monday 07/30/12. I live in Moberly, Mo. and have a daughter going to school at UMKC Pharmacy School and doing her Interning in Lees Summit. Her 2006 Ford Taurus quit running as she limped it into work and I called Machens Ford in Columbia where I bought it and extended warranty 5 years ago. They were'nt much help at all and had me call Ford Roadside Service and they were not either. I decided to call your dealership and was fortunate enough to get in contact with Ryan Jenkins in your service department. He treated me like family, he helped me get it towed, get a rental car, dealt with the warranty company and had her car fixed and ready to go within 24 Hours. I feel that he went above and beyond the call of duty which he did not have to do, he did not even know me. I really appreciate the good service that I recieved and plan on stopping to meet him personally when I am in the area. I will also remember you all when I need to trade vehicles again because of the good service provided when I needed it.
