I never realized how important having a great realtor was until we met Kim. She did an exceptional job for us. We truly felt like our needs were a priority for her and she really made us feel like we were the only people she was working for. She was always proactive in communicating with us and was even willing to spend extra time consulting with us either in person or over the phone at odd hours and evenings. When you work with someone you want to have the feeling that they are the nucleus of their sphere of influence and we definitely felt that way with Kim. She frequently was able to get people around her to get things done on our behalf in ways that amazed us (even during the middle of a Seahawks playoff game!). The pure business part of working with Kim was great but all the little things she did for us from a customer service standpoint was just the icing on the cake. If you're looking to buy a house you've got to go with Kim!
