Review content:
I took my 7 year old cat in for a routine physical and was told she was going to need her teeth cleaned which was going to cost me $1,600 (and that was with the February dental discount). I took her to my parents vet (too far to drive for all other needs) who they've trusted for 20 years to take care of their pets and it cost
me $300 for all her needs. When I followed up with Dr. Palmer about my cats itchy ear, she took a look at her teeth and paperwork and began to tell me what a horrible job they had done and that money should never get in the way of quality care. I felt belittled, bullied, guilty, sad, heartbroken. My cat is extremely important to me but I will never return there again. They're obviously in need of money and will do or say anything to get it.
