I HIGHLY recommend Larry Donahue and Law 4 Small Business! I found them through a referral from an online legal form service that I had originally used to create a very complicated corporate merger from Texas to New Mexico. My original merge documents from the online form service were rejected by the NM SOS and time was of the essence to create the proper documents to resubmit to the NM SOS. I was a little hesitant try them out since i live in a different part of NM and wasn't able to meet with them face to face, but my hesitation soon disappeared when I started working with Larry. He got on my case right away, and with the help of his associate, I had all the necessary documents quickly and was able to get this resolved and the corporate merger approved. He always answered my questions and was extremely professional and courteous. I never once felt that I was being taken advantage of. I will definitely use Larry and his firm again should I need any more business legal advice.
