Review content:
I've been a patient for several years. The practice was very well run and Dr. Adams and his PA's are great. Unfortuntely, they have put in a lot of new business office policies now to save(make?) money that I find difficult to accept. For instance, for insurance reasons, you must schedule one separate appointment for every medical issue. I have high blood pressure. In the past, if I was being seen for an infection, they would also write me a refill for my BP meds if I needed it. Now, they won't even discuss my BP or refill a prescription if I didn't get an appointment for that--you have to schedule multiple appointments. I would be in big trouble if I had multiple medical conditions--I would be in their office all the time. They have also made it impossible to schedule an appointment with Dr. Adams. If you need to be seen within a month, you have to see the physicians assistant. It's so sad to see a previously great practice go downhill like this.
