I generally prefer to do my own auto work, but often don't have time. When the time isn't there, I go with South Coast Subaru's service department. I've been using them for two years and have always been pleased with my service. Specifically, repairs and maintenance are completed in a timely manner, and the work is guaranteed to be done right. While you will usually pay more for dealer service, you can rest assured that the job will be done properly and with genuine Subaru parts. The same cannot be said for other auto shops that will cut corners and use cheap after market parts. That will cost you time and money in the long run. As for the staff at South Coast, I'm most often helped by David or Ferdie. Both have been very helpful and accommodating with getting my vehicle back on the road as quickly as possible.
