Overall, my experience with the Red Lion Hotel Enterprise Car Rental wasn't bad. Yes, there was some last-minute issue in trying to get my car to me - but the flip side of that is that they stretched to make it happen. So I shouldn't complain. And when I made a mistake on the return date, they added the extra day for me at the last second - at the rate I'd already reserved the other days - without charging me the current rate (which could have been much higher). Finally, the car I got was a 2015, but I was disappointed to learn that this model did not have a CD player in it, and my son and I were looking fwd to listening to books on CD for our 2-day journey. The flip side to this disappointment was that my son and I got plenty of time to talk and make it more of a father-and-son trip than a 2-person road trip. They even gave me an unexpected discount on my rental (10%, if memory serves) for the inconvenience of not having the CD player. Again, all in all, I'd rent from them again. Just make sure the car you rent comes with everything you want on it, right? :-)
