Matt has moved dozens of pianos for me ( a former and very picky Professor of Music at the largest music school in the USA) and I have never had such a careful mover as Matt; he is honest, friendly, and always treats my instruments like they are the finest in the world! I would never consider using another company -- having had one or two very bad experiences with movers who have no idea how to handle valuable instruments -- but since living in California, I will only use Matt Vogt. Money is my last concern when moving high quality musical instruments, .but Matt is always fair and I think quite reasonable in that my pianos are safe in his hands.
Pros: professional, on-time, courteous, safe and careful
