Review content:
I called to have an appointment scheduled and a gentleman took my name and number to call me back. I did not hear from them and had to call again. That should have been my first clue as to how unprofessional the whole thing was going to be. I have never had a company clean all 4 rooms in less than 10 minutes. The person cleaning went at warp speed and could not possibly have done a thorough job at that rate. There were 2 men and only one person was doing the job. I had to watch the other person walk all over my upstairs in and out of my rooms until he finally got the message to wait outside. They did not bother to do the job thoroughly and take the time necessary to do a good job. I was informed that I needed a deep cleaning to take out stains, but I was also told that the stains were set and would not come out. So why would I pay for a deep cleaning if that was the case? They dropped their wet equipment at the bottom of my stairs on the oak hardwood and I had to tell them to please move it outside the door (which was 2 feet away) so that the hardwood would not get water damage. I will never use them again and make sure I tell everyone I know to not bother. It is a rip off.
