My two daughters and I always take our cars to Rancho Transmissions when they need some maintenance. Sal, the manager, is a very polite, honest person and he makes you feel comfortable coming into his shop. He really works with you and he tells you exactly what's wrong with the car. He explains the problems thoroughly, and if it's something he can't fix then he will even recommend another mechanic that can do the job. I never feel intimidated going to his shop and I am consistently pleased with the service. I highly recommend Rancho Transmissions.
