I purchased my WRX from Carmax. I've had issues with Carmax's contracted repair shop. They made an error in my repairs. I've been taking my car to SouthCoast Subaru ever since. My service advisor David G. Is honest, straight forward, transparent and their service manager Ferdie is a cornucopia of knowledge (I've been waiting to apply that word to a sentence). The big fella that sits in the corner is cool too, he is also very knowledgable.
Don't expect fancy furniture or a staff that will whisper sweet words in your ear. This place might be a little rough around the edges but the staff is honest, straight forward, gives you realistic lead times.
