Review content:
This is the second time I've used O'Brien for a garage door repair. Each time, I was well informed of the service time and they were prompt and kept the appointment. Service was quick and without problems. This time, I was iced in on Tuesday and called thinking they would schedule my service for some time over the next few days. They scheduled an appointment for the same day and my service was completed by 2:00! I don't know if this is their normal turn around time but I appreciated it very much. The service tech was extremely personable and completed the job quickly despite having to work in the freezing cold. No negatives to report at all.
