Bought a 2012 tacoma with 3000 miles on it. The transaction went very smoothly at the dealership. My salesman, Mike was very friendly and after some friendly back and forth, we finally came to a deal. However, after having the vehicle home for a week of so I discovered that the tires that were on the vehicle were not the ones that belonged on a 2012 vehicle with 3000 miles on it. The tires were older and worn. These tires were legal and passed inspection so the dealership was within their rights to sell me the truck with these tires on it. However, I felt that if I bought a vehicle with 3000 miles on it, I thought that it was reasonable that the tires on the vehicle would have the same amount of miles as well. So I wrote an email to Todd Caputo, detailing the situation. He replied to me in less than 12 hours and personally called me the same day. He told me there is sometimes a difference between what is legal and what is right. And in this situation it wasn't right. He told me
